Surfer was calmly talking to Rhino and didn't expect him to attack, then he decided to stop playing around and ended the fight with no problems. He wasn't even hurt from the hit, he just wasn't braced when Rhino tackled him.

Fail. Of course he's different. He's a Class 85 (more or less) character that loses to everyone, not just Spidey. Even Misty Knight beat the shit out of him. When he was amped, he got put down by Depowered Juggernaut, who was a joke himself.
