I'll put it another way:

616 Jaspers best feat was becoming one with the entirety of that universe (the statements of him being an omniversal threat aside). Given that, how does he outright put down a ST that's already survived an attack capable of destroying universes?

ST at most powerful is presence level or just short of that... Jaspers is close to the level of judeo christian god... but not that close.
