Comics easily.

Movie Cap has some decent feats though. Sending a punching bag flying. Punching through a submarine's glass cockpit. Casually holding up a motorcyle with two women on it. Red Skull punched a dent in his first shield and since they are equal statwise, Cap could do it too.
