Well, most of the Worthy are Mid-Heralds at best, and all of the Heralds of the Anti-Monitor are High Herald at the very least.

Prime can take quite a few on his own without breaking much of a sweat. Henshaw and Kylelax can, too. And Sinestro picks off whoever's left.

The AM heralds would win the majority, I only see Cyborg Superman & Sinestro the weakest of the team.

And the Worthy aren't powered by fear. They just make it happen to power there AllFather. Who just happens to eat the stuff.
