Good question. Who knows for sure. Glorian has so few appearances. His most recent was Annihilation in the Ronan tie in. He was capable of remaking the entire planet but just needed some extra power to do it. He did wipeout the part of the Annihilation Wave that had conquered the planet. Keep in mind Ronan and crew weren't doing jack (I think the Runner was there too but as a bystander).
