Phobos took on room of presidential guards, almost beating Gorgon in a sword fight. No idea about what happen between Ares and Phobos...

Was it when he was possessed? That shouldn't count, Ares was holding back.

Hawkeye (Young Avengers), she hasn't done anything impressive by herself yet, other than getting owned by the Runaways!
