Post Retcon MM had 4 fights that I can recall vs : Klaw, Aaron the Rogue Watcher, Beyonder, Sentry. He LOST 3 of those 4.
I'm willing to bet the Serpent CRUSHES him, especially if the Serpent really is Odin's peer.
