Void, as an death god, can't die unless he wants to die. Hulk however destroyed an small planet and problably the Dark Dimension, which still was there after the destruction, with the help of an amped Red She-Hulk.

Void's not a death god. Don't feed into Bendis' nonsense. At best, he's conventionally immortal as far as comic book immortality goes.
