Lady Shiva is the better fighter, Sabretooth is stronger, faster, has a better durability and HF. I don't know if she can put him down with nervestrikes...

Shiva's got more skill. Unfortunately, it means absolutely nothing against a fighter with Creed's strength/durability/HF (and who isn't a slouch H2H, either).

Creed stomps. Every time.

She can't. Ms. Marvel said a nerve pinch wouldn't do shit because he's just too durable. And Shiva is hundreds of times weaker than her.
