He did, but he still only has the one light speed feat, which doesn't stack up against a character who has many.

Quicksilver doesn't have any light speed feats, there was an instance where it stated he was as fast as radio waves but that was an idiot writer who didn't know how fast radio waves are. Not long after that it took him 92 minutes to cross half the planet, he isn't even 1% the speed of light. Quicksilver would get wrecked by Jay also. Hell Northstar would get wrecked by Jay, even he isn't truly light speed.
