He's hardly in comics, lol. I don't remember any circumstances, but there could be. Darkseid also used him to help him BFR Imperiex. 2 seperate occasions. He's become a pretty powerful mage.

Unless he has a magic BFR capability that I'm forgetting, hitting Herc with his spinning water vortex isn't going to BFR him. Herc is too strong. He has as much a shot BFR anyone in this thread as Storm does.
