If this is a battle of wills, then I think Void loses. Sentry/Void seemed to be all over the place mentally. I'm giving this to the Cyborg.

Void rules the Astral Plane more powerfully than the physical. Combined might of Emma and Xavier were terrified of an imprint of the Void.

Void hacks the Matrix and makes it a void. Henshaw gets disassembled.

Void alone could take all the helicarriers you can throw at him. All it did in Siege was bring forth the Sentry persona. And Cyclops captured an imprint of the Void separated from its powersource in his mental black box.
