Galactus and Surfer vs the Legion of Super Heroes
Lets go with a mix of current Legion and PC era Levitz era Legion..
1. Surfer is leading Big G to Earth. The Legion knows he's coming, and have a day of prep.
2. Earth is taken by surprise. The Legion can bring whatever tech they'd normally have on hand to the fight.
3. No prep at all. Legion fights with their powers only.

Main membership only, no honorary's or reserves..
But yeah. Seems fair, considering this is Big G we're talking about.
Also for scenario 3, when I said powers only, of course I also meant "standard tech" for those with no powers, so they can bring their flight rings, and Brainiac 5 can use his force field belt, but no digging up the Concentrator or Miracle Machine or anything else that isn't standard equipment.
