Even with two apples in their possession, they wouldn't get the chance to use them against Scorpion.

Assuming they were actually going down the stealth assassin path and not the lolrape path, why wouldnt they get the chance? Caught by the apple, an arrow, bullet or poison dart from a distance. Getting stabbed normally usually does these guys in iirc. (Until they come back from hell or something..)

Scorpion can pretty easily come back from Hell actually.

Dunno. Even if we assume that coming back from the Nether Realm after he 'dies', does not count, he's still a superhuman, and these guys prolly take hits that can explode helicopters and stuff.
He can teleport as well.
And this is without him being souped up by the Elder Gods.

ezio and altair are just 2 humans with some skill, if it was 2 marine soldiers vs scorpion everybody would say scorpion stomps but just because its known characters from assassin creed its not
