I would say Hercules kick his ass, but I just don't know much about Atlas, other than he sent Superman flying, but Superman didn't use super speed or brace for it.

If you reread the comic you will remember that Superman was "weakened" by magic. He wasn't aware of it, that's why Krypton fought Atlas so well. But yes, Hercules could send Superman flying with brute strength and skill (not defeat), not as easy as Sentry but he is def strong enough.

Superman was weaken by or did you mean "weaken to"?

Hercules moved Manhattan I would assume he could also send Superman flying.

He was weakened by General Lane IIRC, later you could see a satelllite shoot those magic-rays at Krypto. I will reread it later.
