Shocker probably won't be doing that and Livewire has better energy output. I'd give her the small edge. But it's no stomp.

Shocker's powers are based on his suit, and it's not as if it's on Ironman's level. Livewire has given Superman trouble, and can dive into a wall socket, I think Elektro would be a better match up. Shocker gets stomped.

Can anyone pull out that best energy outlet she done w/o amping with outside sources?

Shocker has dual beams from both hands, one could hit her and KO her like a blunt object.

Iron Man can take Livewire?

Superman just handles her with care (like all his villains), there no wall sockets here in standard KMC match.
