Probably Steel. He's short on feats, but the ones he has have him doing better than Kingdom Come Superman and Alan Scott..

Nice one, I like both and thing they are quite similar in many ways. 50-50

Citizen Steel wins but Colossus give him a hellava fight.

He used HV, yeah.

But Gog was mostly tossing around or tanking KC Superman and Alan Scotts attacks, and even had a moment where he defeated them both. But when he attacked Steel, he couldn't even budge him, and got knocked off his feet by one big punch.

But got his head cut off by hv.

I'm talking about Gog getting his head cut off.

Steel. Hard. Can't see Piotr being able to knock 3rd World Gog down like CS did.

Steel is portrayed as higher level. Not sure if he'd win a feat-off though. Certainly in durability, doubtful in strength.

Knocking down old god Gog is probably his best feat for strength, although holding his ground against his wind attack when even Superman couldn't make headway is impressive.

Considering Steel has to wear special clothes just to control his strength, I think it's a safe bet he's at least strong enough to damage Colossus.

CS wins. And no, Colossus would not give him a good fight imo.

CS not only took a punch from herald-Gog (the same guy who was stomping the combined JSA, including KC Supes) without so much as flinching, but he proceeded to smack that version of Gog to the side like he was a weak feeb:
