A well written HE should beat doom in a straight up match. I am unsure about the 2nd match. HE can make effin heralds and Doom if cunning but i don't think he can beat him.
HE is prob trans level (when he isn't having prob with apoc ugh.. and instead start pumpimg out silver surfers..)
