Solstice Vs Jubilee

vs

Jubilee's new powers make this a likely win for her.

what are her new powers now?

she's now a vampire with standard vampire powers; solstice can probably take a few wins if her powers are light based though.

I was using classic Jubes. Both having light based powers.
