Evil Psychics vs MU

Folks in another thread were debating whether or not a team consisting of Kid Omega, Emma, Xavier, and Exodus could beat Odin in a telepathic battle (and by implication, Galactus). My question is, can the following team of evil psychics, with a month's planning time, take over the MU by going from planet to planet? They only have to take over one planet or realm at a time, and get access to the resources of all the places they've already conquered:

Cassandra Nova
Exodus
Gamesmaster
Overmind
Shadow King
Stryfe
Vulcan
Xemnu

Where do they start?

Cassandra Nova and the shadow king are both world level threats by themselves, they probably clear it

Do they have to clear the pantheons of each planet as well?

No, pantheons count as "worlds" by themselves.
