Yeah the two are relatively speculative to begin with in terms of their full capabilities. Lord Mar-Vell impressed me though so I'd have to give him a slight edge because despite the slight crazy... He's better at what he does than Alan is because at least he can control his powers Scott just kinda boom and incinerates when he unloads on someone.
