I mean you said "DC Reality" there are some supremely powerful beings there, Mxy being one of them, so yes they can stop him. If you had said DC Earth or something like that, then I think Nth Man would destroy them.
People forget it took Aquarian and his Null-field to take him out (and even then he only collapsed in on himself and was transported to another universe).
