Daken would have to use his pheromones to win, which I don't think he does on all occasions.

However, Daken has horrible CIS, in that he usually toys around too much (even though it's usually because he has some grand scehem going on)

So true. His pheromones are simillar to Juggernaut's force fied. Supposed to have it but never displays...
