Fighting speed, he fought as fast as a beefy Chris Evans could fight. He's no Wesley Snipes.
Mayweather would have to catch his skinny ass first.

LA Metros top out at around 60-65 mph on straightaways. But average speed is probably closer to 40ish. In the film, it seems to be going fast.

The Predator from the second film smashed a shotgun with one hit to the floor. Even if Captain America is stronger it's not by much.
I also believe the Predators to be faster than most of you think. The one in Predator was fast enough to reach Arnie, the chick and the injured guy in a few seconds after he killed Billy.
There's also the matter of The Predator's superior damage soak. He took several shotgun slugs, some liquid nitrogen and got his arm cut off and he was still dominating Harrigan in the final battle. He also got hit by lightning a few times.

1.He is more stronger than predator.
2.More faster then predator
3.He have a indestructible shield and predators spear or claws are not usefull
So, Cap wins both of this scenario.
The Predators ability to catch up to a train has never been shown in close combat scenarios. So it is safe to assume it is an ability that takes time while in constant motion.
The Predators legs can propel him to great hights. But strength feats aren't as impressive with his arms.
A very ill developed character I'm sure we can all agree.
