Favorite sitcoms....

I've been watching Scrubs through NetFlix....I just discovered this sitcom about a year ago and it is by far one of the best I've seen in a looong time. Of course I don't actually watch much tv anymore, but that is due to the crap that's on rather than me finding a better use of my time-lol. Anyway here's a quick list of my favorite sitcoms;

Scrubs...Seinfeld...Cheers...Cosby Show...A Different World...Family Ties...Night Court...Living Single....Happy Days...Lavern and Shirley...
The Odd Couple ( the original)...Barney Miller...Mash...Mork and Mindy

And as a kid I loved the Carol Burnett Show and Flip Wilson...

Dick Van Dyke
Bewitched
F Troop
All in the Family
Mary Tyler Moore
Odd Couple
MASH
Cheers
Cosby
Designing Women
Rosanne
Seinfeld
Everybody Loves Raymond
King of Queens
Big Bang Theory

The few that I watch were mentioned above. I'm not big into sitcoms, but I also found My Wife and Kids to be funny towards the later seasons... 😮

How I met your mother. Absolutely love it.

Arrested Development, Community, 30 Rock, not counting cartoons I guess

Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia-FX
The League-FX
Workaholics-Comedy Central
^My current trinity

South Park
AB Fab
Hell's Kitchen
Full House
Save by the bell
Rocko's modern Life
American Dad
Family Guy
Jeeves and Wooster

Waitaminute...Family Guy/American Dad? Shouldn't you be watching '7th Heaven' or the 700 Club?

I thought I enjoyed Scrubs. I was wrong. It's a bit shameful really.

How I Met Your Mother. Only decent sitcom out there. Even Always Sunny gets a bit grating and repetitive. The League isn't a good show, despite the fact that I sometimes watch it. It just caters to a specific niche...so if you're in that niche, it's kinda topical and funny. But not a good show.

So....every #1 comedy for the last 50 years? And King of Queens?

Way to not conform dude.

Dick Van Dyke - (young) Mary Tyler Moore
Bewitched - Elizabeth Montgomery
F Troop - Melodye Paterson (I forget the character's name)
All in the Family - Sally Struthers (pre-swollen)
MASH - Kelly, the chubby Asian nurse
Cheers - Kirstie Alley
Designing Women - Dixie Carter
Everybody Loves Raymond - Patricia Heaton (toward end of series)
King of Queens - Leah Remini
Big Bang Theory - Penny, then Leonard's Indian gal

The rest I done conformed.

Spaced,
Peep Show,
The Office (UK),
Extras,
It's Always Sunny,
Campus,
Green Wing,
How I Met Your Mother,
The Royle Family,
Gavin and Stacey

Probably my top 10 (off top of head)

Because it is good wholesome Christian entertainment.

Southpark/Family Guy have taken more potshots at Christianity (quite blasphemous ones!) then every poster on this site combined 🙂

I gotta add these: Soap-Green Acres-Patticoat Junction-Addams Family-Gilligans Island-the Monkeys...

Topper
I Dream of Jeannie
Lost in Space...oh wait, that wasn't a sitcom, just seemed like one.

True but I only watch the ones that are not that blasphemous and some are pretty clean conpare to others. 🙂

👆 Barney for president of the world. Or at least for Minister of Awesome.

The only real sitcom I've been watching lately and enjoying enough to keep watching is The Big Bang Theory.
