Captain Comet vs Maxima

Did I hit CC's tier yet?

He was pretty impressive against The Weird, and I'm trying to find all his best stuff now..

I'm going with Maxima (unless I've missed something from CC). She's held her own against and even beaten Superman. She went toe to toe vs DoS Doomsday. Her shields and TP are no joke either.
