Wow. Muscle really does weigh more than fat. 😛
I on the other hand really don't have to worry too much about what I eat, because the most exercise I get is a two-hour walk. In the last three years I haven't gone up a pound, and I haven't put any effort into maintaining my weight.

That's not the issue. When you work out—especially if you train irregularly—your body will start producing more fat cells to store energy.
There's this thing called adipotide that suppossedly cuts off blood flow to adipose tissue, preventing the storage of lipids permanently. Hasn't been tested on people, but it causes kindey failure in chimps.

And that's also why you count calories, because you don't want to give your body the opportunity to store any fat.I on the other hand really don't have to worry too much about what I eat, because the most exercise I get is a two-hour walk. Dude I'm obviously leaner than you.
At thirty pounds heavier I clearly have more muscle definition...everywhere when you compare those two pics. And my bottom two abs were not obscured at all, there were six right there...though I was pulling my skin down and flexing.
My upper pecs had muscle dimples, the only problem is yes I still have a little excess fat and skin but on a small 6 meal per day diet of under 3000 calories till summer that will be gone, that's why I said I wanted to solidify. Once I'm solid at around 135-140 forget being leaner or thinner.

You're fat, I can't even make out your abs in that picture. This is how it should look.
I mean, it's kinda silly how unaware you are of your own physique in relation to mine in this quote. 😂
