Would be an interesting fight.. bats gear often gives him an edge but fake-frenchie`s externous nervous system makes him resistant to electrocution etc.
Fantomex got guns and is willing to kill.. but bullets are the biggest jobbers in comics. Both are masters of misdirection too.
All in all pretty close I think...

so the scans make sense: x-force goes to the age of apocalypse to retrieve an artifact and meets their jean grey, and they try to save her from age of apocalypse wolverine who they thought was dead but instead seemed to have transformed into apocalypse after the death of their original aoa apocalypse.

Prof X and Jean Grey who were manifesting the phoenix at the time failed to see trough it in Fantomex`s first apperance. I`d say it is pretty damn hard to do so.

Maybe.. but it was an elaborate scenario complete with Fantomex`s "mother" appearing and they still could not sense anything wrong mentally. Add to this that Fantomex was on the run from the police and clearly was keeping secrets, it is highly unlikely they would not keep their guard up.

^ she is used to swap out wolverine right before the last scan
so maybe in that instance from before he didn't have anybody to swap jean grey for when they extracted her, it was just him in the guise of wolverine's aid and wolverine
