It was, but the worlds were in flux, like in the post you made.
He once hit Black Racer so hard that it left a crater in the moon. And they weren't even standing on it. he's punched through non-jobber gl constructs. when dos superman fought doomsday, there were tremors miles away. plenty of things like that.

The most impressive Superman ones that come to mind are:
Punching through GL constructs
Punching Orion from India to China
Punching Wonder Woman with enough force that she goes from the sun to Earth and leaves a big crater
Punching through a prison Morgane Le Fay said no mortal could break
While infected with Eclipso, punching Captain Marvel from California to Hawaii with such force that it causes sonic booms in the latter area
That's all that comes to mind atm...

Just read the comic it happened in.
Steel is mortally wounded, Black Racer comes for him, and Superman gives him his best punch, and BR just shrugs it off. But it pretty heavily scars the moon they're on.. There's visible damage to over half the moons surface in form of deep fissures, just from the impact of his punch.
And here's the kicker: It's EARTHS moon, not just some small moon around Jupiter or a nameless moon.

I read it as well and everything you said is debatable. Can't really tell what happened imo.

What parts are hard to understand?
Supes charges at Racer, a big explosion happens, and he's seen next holding his smoking hand. How else to read that, except Superman trying to hit him with everything he has?
And they show the damage to the moon, with a caption verifying we're looking at new damage.
Black Adam and Supes are pretty much equals imo. I would give Supes the edge durability wise though (except to blunt force). I don't understand why people thinks Adam is Supes superior when overall, he isn't. If I had to place a bet on who would win, I would probably give it to Adam instead of Supes but its not because he is superior, its other reasons.
