I agree but that's just another showing that helps my statement about Gladiator punches.
Gladiator one shotting a Phoenix and then turning around and doing the same to Rachel pretty much gives me an indication that Annihilus is in some trouble.

The dude had a remnant of a phoenix. he wasn't "A" phoenix. and you're giving no quantification to his actual durability either.

I'm not talking about Rachel and the two peeps that had the Phoenix force, it was pretty much proven that they had a good portion of the Phoenix force...I forgot who it was that posted the evidence.

He didn't even lose confidence against Tyrant and you all expect me to believe his confidence would drop against someone much weaker. Then he went head to head against 2 phoenixs...the same beings that the entire Shiar Corp was afraid to confront.
It's not necessarily about losing his confidence so much as its just him not being able to gut out a tough win imo. He wins if he's more powerful then his opponent sure, but I just can't ever recall him pulling out a hard fought win over an opponent more powerful then himself, or over one that doesn't back down from his initial blitz and "hands on hips" routine.
