Rulk was created to take down upper level opponents, with a cost.

That dude is a watcher? Weaksauce, Uatu atleast is skyfather level or higher, not sure about other watchers. I know he was able to beat Aron the Rogue watcher is some kind of ridiculous end battle. So I'm guessing he is stronger than the guy who we assume is a watcher that got wiped out by Galactus easily even though Annhilus survived it (who is no where close to skyfather even during A-wave)....

With his big dome Uatu`s headbutt is >> Odin`s. The JL gets oneshotted.

Uatu will just keep dumping all over the space and time continuum.
