Tommy gets a tip-off about the assassination and flees to where nobody can ever find him, the crime-ridden hellholes of Rio de Janeiro.

Never able to quit the game entirely though, he builds a small drug empire for himself and inadvertently encroaches on the territory of Lil Ze. A showdown between the two kingdoms is inevitable.

Lil Ze has his liuetenants and grunt kids. Tommy has Henry Hill, Paulie, and a his own army of grunts.
