slade has his standard promethium armor. osborn has the exact same, only it's adamantium.

IDk how strong promethium armor is but a primary adamantium Armored suit lol. Unless DS has like gas bombs or high voltage weapon ... something he can take him out. But I do think DS is a better fighter with greater skill.
