With Cassandra not wanting to do anything with her, she decide to have another child, but this time she wants her child to surpass Cassandra in ever possible capabilities and maybe gain useful assassination skills from the father.

Who do you think Shiva would be compatible with as a lover?

Who would benefit her offspring future the most?

most of them don't have inheritable skills as far as I'm aware so Namor/Wolverine. If they are going to teach their children IF by far has the most to offer IMO.

and to ADD TO THE OP, the father can raise the child together with SHIVA.

Shiva would likely pick Danny in terms of what he'd offer her progeny. Likelihood of it happening is slim to none.
