Battle takes place in Grand Central Station, New York.

Note: Magneto knows the Avengers are after him, and has prepared to take them on.

Magneto for the win. The New Avengers line-ups are pretty sad, in terms of raw power.

^ I was thinking the same thing about the raw power they have. But Doctor Strange' magic and their numbers are factors. I'm not sure of Magneto' defenses against magic. But Magneto will most likely take it. Grand Central Station has a lot to be used as weapons against the Avengers.

it's basically strange and craol vs mags. they could win some, but it really depends on what strange is able to bring to the table.

With prep Mags takes it.. comfortably.
