Every single one of the X-Men...with the possible exception of Colossus...gets one-shot-killed with ease by The Destroyer.
And even if The Destroyers doomsday weapon doesnt kill Colossus, then Asgard can simply BFR him...
The X-Men absolutely cannot win this in either senario...

i guess you dont know how much cyclops can take, add the fact wolverine has a healing factor and colossusnaut is unbeatable physically and you get just 3 x-men owning asgard

I'd say their biggest threat is Magik tbh. Just because she has one of the better anti-magic plot devices in the MU. Even Mephisto is scared of being cut by the soulsword.
