Just how powerful is galactus?

Dont get me wrong people. I know jobbing when I see it. But to me that Galactus is disrespected enough and jobs enough to where frankly...i question his power level. Here is an example:

I also know he has his share of high showings. beating FP tyrant for example.

so hers the deal...on average taking into consideration his high and low showings where would you place galactus?

hungry:

well fed:

He should be at least Skyfather+ while he's hungry and well fed he should be abstract.

What exactly were the forces assembled that killed Galactus when he was starving? You know, right before the Abraxas incident.
