No surprise there.

Um, how could you think the Republicans would not have stopped this? They vote exactly what their donors tell them. Their donors didn't miraculously start wanting their subsidies to shrink. So whether this was good for the economy or not (I actually had mixed feelings here), it was a fantasy.

yup of course it was going to get vetoed. that way in the election obama can point his finger at the republicans and accuse them of holding up the recovery process. its all... according to plan.
