Sabretooth... Back from the dead, and such.

Confirmed by Marvel at NYCC:

Those of you who have been clamoring for Sabretooth to make Wolverine's life miserable, he is coming back," Loeb said. How can that be possible, since Sabretooth was decapitated? "If you go back and actually look at 'Evolution,' and particularly the last issue of that story, it is there. We did leave bread crumbs along the way. It's not going to be a time travel trick."

Also makes mention of possible rumblings of the "we know it's coming, just get on with it" Phoenix revival:

Apparently, Creed's book is going to be written by Loeb and drawn by Bianchi.

Be interesting what those "Bread Crumbs" are since the whole point of the masamune was it could reduce the healing rate whatever it cut

Few months ago it was also revealed Omega Red will be coming back soon.

Yeah we are soooooooooooooo happy that the best Wolverine writer since Warren Ellis is leaving the book so one of the worst Wolverine writers of all time, Jeff Loeb, can come back to do a fallow up to one of the worst Wolverine stories ever told - that every fan and subsequent writer has happily ignored the moment it finished - with a horribly inconstant artist.

I hope that JMS returns to Superman and does a spiritual fallow up to Grounded! 😒

My challenge to Marvel regarding Sabretooth: finally reveal what his connection is to Wolverine. No ambiguity.

Wasn't the reason they did Wolverine: Origins ten years was to give him the true origin before the movies would do it for them? That was their justification at the time (plus BIG sales.) Well, we've already had a movie depicting them as half brothers, and Marvel is still twisted in knots over what they want them to be to each other.
