A stalemate I'd imagine. I don't recall Kitty ever being frozen while phased, but it is possible she has.
One of them could pull off some kind of comic book "make the other person do something stupid" type deal too.

Iceman can still be killed...in his normal, non-ice god version. Kitty can probably do a pseudo teleport and teleport Iceman's head off by phasing Bobby's head out of sync with earth's rotation. And Iceman can probably go absolute zero and stop Kitty's molecular motion. Probably.
