^^^ Those two aren't really going to endanger the planet.

Most of these characters wouldn't harm a fly, but a potential danger is a different story.

Silver Surfer - destroys planets before.
Sentry/Void - molecule manipulation, potentially strong enough to crack a planet.

I made a thread that touched on this very idea a while back and the overwhelming choice (it was a poll thread btw) was Doctor Strange...why?

Imagine him opening the gates to the many Hells inhabited by the many Hell Lords in the Marvel Universe; Dormmamu, Surtur, Cytorrak, Mephisto, ect, ect (plus their legions of demons)...Strange could literally turn the 616 universe into a spiritual battleground.

Nothing less than the direct intervention of multiple Skyfathers + their entire pantheons could neutralize the threat; no other hero on Earth could match the level of destruction that Doctor Strange is capable of bringing forth.

How did these threads get merged together?

Surfer is easily the most dangerous. Not only can he destroy Earth instantly but he can evolve a large majority of the Earth (if not the entire) at once.
