Who can match the greatest engineering feat of Ultimate Reed Richards?

Using their own tech only, who has an engineering feat greater than Ultimate Reed Richards?

The feat for which I speak of is Ultimate Reeds creation of "The Ultimate" version of The Ultimate Nullifier; its a weapon that literally fires a Big Bang at its target...

Does anyone in the 616 Universe have an engineering feat equal or better than this created solely with their technology alone?

The Worlogog is far more powerful. The Genesis Box is at least as powerful as well.
