This is a strength contest.

Can these people destroy a planet with their fist? They have to punch the surface of the planet and they are only allowed 3 punches.

Given the loaded stips, I've seen nothing in terms of pure punching power that suggests that any of them could to be honest. Definitely not in three punches.

So basically you are asking could any of them destroy the Earth in 3 punches...

The answer is HELL NO; no one on that list has anywhere near the strength needed to destroy an Earth sized object in 3 punches...

On average even Skyfathers lack that kind of strength...

IMHO, nothing less than a Cube Being has the power to accomplish such a feat...

They need flight, not even superman can stand still and punch the world to pieces he needs flight and to gain speen and hit the planet, give any of these guys superman level flight and speed and most do it

I think the point is: those guys were flying. The OP stips would not allow for such an attack.

That's what I got from it. If I understand it right, the characters are just standing in the middle of the city, and they get three punches to try and reduce the planet Earth to rubble.

Maybe Thor and Surfer could maybe, possibly, have the best chance of doing it by amping their punches. Surfer with his power cosmic and Thor with his Godly magic thingy.

Even then I doubt it.

I can't really see anyone on this list doing it on a consistent basis under the conditions listed. I'm sure they all have outlier feats that would suggest it, but again nothing consistent.

They are typically portrayed like a weaker version of Kryptonians. Flying, superspeed, superstrength, invulnerability. I don't believe they have heat vision or x-ray vision but may be misremembering.

That was a sick move, but if I remember correctly it didn't actually happen, it was a visual description of what they were capable of. I could be wrong, didn't sleep much last night. Still pretty dope.

I read up on these guys. Seem real brutal and badass like. Apparently a bunch of good guy Vs blew through the home planet. So maybe that was the scene. cool shit 👆
