Not remotely Odin powerful.

Wonder Woman is more or less equivalent to Thor. Odin is much more powerful than Thor. Thus, Odin is much more powerful than Wonder Woman.

Odin in both, easily.

1. Diana's more skilled than Odin, but Odin really only needs a single strike to end it.

2. Spite against Diana more often than not. Yes, the bracers will be useful, and yes, the lasso could possibly mess up Odin, but he'd end it before it got that far.
