CISless Zoom vs Thanos/Darkseid/V&V Despero

No flight or messing up the battlefield. No bfring as well.

Time stops, Zoom hits with the force of superman and I suppose the only one who arguably has the durability to deal with this is Thanos because Darkseid and Despero have proven to be not superman proof. That said however barring some nifty time tech I don't see Thanos landing hits on Zoom either.
