Multiverse Krona Vs Nekron

Nekron was the universal embodiment of Death/Oblivion, while Krona is MULTIVERSAL? Unless I'm missing something, Krona in a stomp.

He was basically built up as unbeatable by anything less than weakness exploitation.

Not sure what is meant by "multiverse Krona"..? The version of Krona in the OP pic is just 'standard' Krona.

Regardless, there is no version of Krona I'd put above Nekron. The version from JLA/Avengers would do the best, me thinks--but in the end, most (if not all) of his attacks would still be effectively ineffectual.
