With Deadpool having enhanced speed, reaction and strength I would have to give this one to Deadpool. Batman may be the pinnacle of human fitness, but Deadpool is enhanced past that.
9/10 Deadpool. I give 1 fight to Batman. That's the fight where Deadpool steals Batman's utility belt and is running around waving it at batman yelling "Go go gadget smoke screen" then getting TKO'd somehow
