Cap can either hop really fast or jump really high even with 1 leg to evade Spiderman. remember Spiderman's only got 1 arm.

uh....Cap's got 2 arms and a Vibrianium shield. Plus it's not like Cap can't handle's Spiderman. Cap's got Wolverine-level speed and strength.

No PIS/CIS? He really can't. The said shield will be taken away from him whether he's still holding to it or not. Logan has HF and adamantium bones so he can afford to take punishment from Spider-man. Cap can't. And current Spider-man is on a whole different level thatn he was before.
