Yes but doesn't Talisman have the power to stop others from using their powers

Even temp pwning a DoV Spectre still puts her far above Talisman and unless something has changed I don't see what would stop BA from being able to do something similar to something of a similar power.
She can't steal Spectre's power again, but just doing it once is a pretty incredibly feat. So if she wanted to I don't see why she couldn't take Talisman's power
