Spider-Man vs the Planet of the Apes

Peter gets sent into the Apeverse and he decides to help the humans to improve their situation.

Would he be more helpful as a hero/war strategist or as a scientist/politic leader?

Of course he would, he's Spider-man.

^👆 There's no need for "or".

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, you're supposed to answer which of those roles is more important.
